Tokenized Cash Management Advisory Group

Convened by Ubyx, TCMAG brings together corporate treasurers from the world's leading companies to shape the future of tokenized cash management.

Where corporate treasurers define the future of digital money

TCMAG is an industry advisory group convened by Ubyx and chaired by Darsh Johal, former Global Head of Cash Management at Shell. It brings together senior treasury professionals from multinational corporations to identify requirements and set standards for tokenized cash management.

The group meets monthly under Chatham House Rules, ensuring candid discussion of practical treasury challenges, regulatory requirements, and infrastructure needs. Topics include IAS 7 cash classification, multi-currency management, cross-border redemption, and counterparty risk.

TCMAG publishes thought leadership and recommendations that inform the design of the Ubyx clearing system and contribute to the broader industry dialogue on institutional digital money adoption.
